Proof of Purpose is committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially minors participating in our Champion program. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and use your information in compliance with U.S. federal and Alabama state law.

1. Information We Collect

- Wallet addresses and platform usage
- Names, email addresses, and phone numbers voluntarily provided
- Guardian contact info for youth accounts
- Signup metadata and role-based activity

2. Use of Information

- To manage accounts and roles (Champion, Vendor, Donor, Admin)
- To issue and track $PURPOSE tokens via smart contracts
- To enable secure vendor redemptions
- To inform users of updates, opportunities, or required actions

3. Youth and COPPA Compliance

For users under 13, verifiable parental or guardian consent is required. We do not knowingly store data from children without this consent. Guardians may contact us at any time to request deletion of associated data.

4. Data Storage and Security

All personal information is stored in Firebase with secure access control. Data access is limited to authorized admins only. Payment and token transactions are handled onchain and are not stored off-chain.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or trade personal data. Information is only shared:

- With platform service providers (Firebase, Vercel, Thirdweb)
- For security, legal, or regulatory compliance
- With authorized guardians if necessary for youth account management

6. Policy Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal requirements or platform updates. Major changes will be announced in-app or by email.
